Congratulations to Thomas County Central art students who earned awards at the recent Thomasville Center for the Arts Annual High School Youth Arts Show.  There were more than 150 artworks, with 22 awards earned by area high school students.  Nine went to Central artists.  Artworks will be on display at the 1^st Floor Gallery for the month of March.   

Artists' Guild Scholarship Award - $1,000 - Lyndsae Madden, 12th

First Place - $100 - Holly Zolt, 12th

Third Place - $50 - Aaisha Parson, 12th 

Award of Excellence – Jesse Boatwright, 12^th

Award of Excellence – Asia Gurulé, 10^th

Honorable Mention – Heather Allen, 12^th

Honorable Mention – Peyton Barrett, 11^th

Honorable Mention – Tierra Christian, 11^th

Honorable Mention – Erica LeSuer, 10^th
