Beginning January 5, 2016, the 5th and 6th grade students will be moved to the TCMS Front Lobby area at 3:00 p.m.  Again, we hope this change will alleviate any anxiety parents have regarding student safety. The following points are new expectations for parents who pick up their students as we adjust our afternoon pickup procedure. Please keep the following in mind:

• The front circle (front of the school) will be closed from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

• Cars may begin entering the front circle at 2:45 P.M. pickup.

• We encourage parents who arrive early to communicate to their children the importance of getting in the car as soon as they reach the front lobby.

• Parents arriving prior to 2:45 P.M. for pickup will not be allowed to park and wait in the front circle area. Our goal is to keep the pickup area clear until students are released.

• Students will not be allowed to walk to parking lots.  They must be picked up in the afternoon pickup area.

• The County Line Road entrance will still be available. A lane will be available for parents to drive to the Afternoon Pickup Area.

• Morning drop-off times and procedures will remain the same. The change applies to afternoon pickup only.

Most importantly… Please be patient as we begin this new procedure. We will work at the highest level possible to get you and your student quickly and safely off campus.
