Students in 7th Grade Exploratory Agriculture had the opportunity to practice basic wood working skills in class this nine weeks. Students had the choice of creating a birdhouse, keepsake box, or wood cut-out. They were to able to get experience using a hammer, drill, sander, jigsaw, miter saw, and other tools throughout their project. They also had the opportunity to paint or stain the project before taking it home.
