Thomas County Middle School 8th grade MERIT students participated in the Jimmy Carter Academic Bowl competition sponsored by the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site in Plains, Georgia on February 21st.  Students competed against eleven other teams where they answered various questions about Georgia history.  TCMS students placed 3rd in the competition out of twelve teams competing.
