National Infantry Museum Trip

Field trip

Eighth-grade MERIT students on Zulu Company recently visited the National Infantry Museum in Columbus, GA to explore the world of the U.S. Infantry and their impact on history in this country. Students had a guided tour of various exhibits within the museum related to different time periods in the US and watched a 3D movie about the D-Day invasion.

Pictured below, students listen as the tour guide explains the air cavalry's role in the Vietnam War as well as the contributions of the air cavalry commander's wife to military families.
