Ali McKay, Financial Advisor with Edward Jones Investments, spoke to students participating in The Stock Market Game at Thomas County Middle School.  MERIT teachers, Tonya Frare and Lindsay Thompson, are advising 20 teams that are competing internationally.  Each team has $100,000 to invest in The Stock Market Game from October 6 until December 12.  All money is simulated (not real). Any gains or losses will also represent simulated money. No actual funds will be exchanged before, during , or after the game.
