This year's theme was "100th Anniversary of World War I -- Service on the Homefront" and several students placed at the different levels of competition including the national level. Our national level winners are third-graders Malazia Cheatem, Lilli Duncan, and Aniyah Griffin earning second place in the banner category;  Jazmine Burgess, Makiya Byrd, Eriyonna Vicks, and Ingrid Martinez earning Honorable Mention in the fourth-grade banner category; and Payton West earning first-place in the fourth-grade poster category.
