For the 11th year, the Thomas County Certified Literate Community Program has donated dictionaries to third-graders at Cross Creek Elementary School. Volunteers Rick Horton, Jonathan Cleveland, Andy Semones, Adrian Burns, Rhea Bershear, Nicole Gatlin, and Dr. Bob Dechman, who represented various local community organizations, visited classrooms and presented dictionaries to each third-grader.
