Mrs. Marnee Stone’s Kindergarten Technology Team competed in the Media Festival in Camilla on March the 19th.  The team won first place in the K– 2 division.  The students created a webpage using web 2.0 tools entitled “Mrs. Marnee’s Class Shapes the World”.   This project incorporated a stem activity that allowed the students to create a 3D shape that would support the most weight.  Students built 3D shapes out of spaghetti and marshmallows.  They also created animals using different kinds of shapes. (From Left to Right:  Calen Wallace, Xavier Glenn, EmmaJean Reeves, Carter Weiss, Back Row:  Reese Wright, Donovan Brinson, Mrs. Marnee Stone, Clay Johnson, not shown Allie Boyett)
