As of October 1st, Dee Gaines has been named as Hand-in-Hand Primary School's new principal.  A graduate of Thomas County Central High School, the University of Georgia, and Valdosta State University, Mrs. Gaines has worked in the Thomas County School System since 2000.  She has served as a special education teacher, speech/language pathologist, parent involvement coordinator, special education coordinator, and assistant principal.

Mrs. Gaines has deep roots in the system and a wealth of experience.  She will do an outstanding job as Hand-In-Hand's next Super-Principal!
