My best day in the classroom was when....

It's a rewarding experience everyday seeing my students learn something new and reflect on their past knowledge.

Who or what inspired you to become a teacher or to work in education?

My first grade teacher was an awesome teacher.  She saw something in me, that she thought I would become a teacher someday.

What profession other than your own would you most like to attempt?

Social work

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I enjoy  going to church, making a positive difference in people lives, reading, and meeting new people.

What is one thing about you that likely would surprise your students?

I like birds.

What else would you like to share about yourself or your profession?

It has been and still is an honor working with students that have attended and are attending Thomas County Schools.
