Thomas County Schools is pleased to announce the opening of a School-Based Health Center on Friday, January 12, 2018. The School-Based Health Center is located on the campus of Thomas County Middle School. The health center will be open to all Thomas County School System students, regardless of which school they attend. The school system will provide transportation from other Thomas County Schools to the health clinic for students who need to be seen there.

Please click on the link below to access the consent form and the health information packet for your child. The completed forms may be returned to your child's school or to the School-Based Health Center. There will be prize drawings held to encourage the return of the consent forms and health packets. The prizes include free pizza coupons, movie passes, Wild Adventure passes, and many more.
