Welcome to Mrs. Carver's Webpage! 

Teresa Huckeba Carver is a native of Thomas County and a graduate of Central High School.  She has been teaching 30+ years.  She has experience in World History, United States History, AP U.S. History, Government, and Economics.  Mrs. Carver serves as Student Council Advisor and is the System Lead Induction Coordinator for Thomas County Central.  She serves on the Student Travel Committee and has sponsored European Studies tours.  Mrs. Carver received her BA in Political Science and History, Masters in Curriculum and Instruction, and Specialist degree in Teacher Leadership.  She attended the University of Georgia, Valdosta State University, Grand Rapids Baptist (now Cornerstone University in Michigan), and Thomas University.  Mrs. Carver was Thomas County Central High School's 2013 Teacher of the Year and the 2014 American History Teacher of the Year for the State of Georgia/Colonial Dames Seventeenth Century.
