Mrs. Michele attended Thomas University, where she obtained her degree in Childhood Education in 2011.  She completed her Masters degree in 2012 at Thomas University, then her Education Specialist at Southwest Georgia State University in 2017.  She has been employed with the Thomas County School system since 2006.  Mrs. Michele is the lead special education teacher for Kindergarten and also works in two classrooms as the special education inclusion teacher.  She is also the MTSS coordinator for her lead general education teachers.  This position includes prescribing appropriate interventions for the student, progress monitoring the student's progress, and coordinating parent/teacher conferences.
