I am Donna Sellars and I have worked for the Thomas County School system since 1996. I taught Pre-school at Hand-in-Hand Primary from 1996 until 2011, at which time I transferred to Garrison-Pilcher to teach First grade. After 10 years of teaching First grade, I chose to follow my true calling in the 2021 school year, which is to share my love of music with our students. My desire is to spark an interest in different music genres, share historical knowledge, practice counting beats with notes and keeping a steady beat/rhythm with instruments, and to explore a whole other world of Music to instill a lifelong love and appreciation for one of our greatest artforms! Your student will have a chance to perform at our Christmas program and Honors Day programs. I am SO excited to be your child's Music Teacher!
