TCMS YEARBOOK 2020-2021

PAPER AD FORM    

The yearbook staff has begun capturing the special, fun, and silly moments of Thomas County Middle School.  We truly believe that this year’s yearbook will be a wonderful recollection of the memories made at TCMS.  With that being said, the yearbook staff has started selling Business and Personal ads for the 2017-2018 yearbook edition.

Personal Ads: The staff provides parents/guardians an opportunity to publish a personal ad for their student showcasing their life, achievements, and memories. The ads can include a current picture, pictures of your student throughout their life, baby pictures, and a personal message to your student. 

Student Ads: The staff provides students an opportunity to publish a personal ad for themselves showcasing their friends, school life and memories. The ads can include a current picture, group pictures of their friends, and a personal message about their school year. 

Business Ads: Local businesses and Thomas County Middle School supporters can buy ads advertising their business. The ads can include the business logo and any pictures the owners/managers wish to include in the ad. You can also buy a business ad with your business logo and include a picture of your TCMS student.

Included in this letter is an order form containing prices and additional information. When you turn your ad order form in, please submit all ad materials, desired ad pictures, business logos, personal messages and ad fees, in one envelope.  All photos, ad forms, and payments must be turned in no later than January 25th, 2021. 

We will need to receive any pictures in digital from. When sending scanned images please make sure the resolution is 300 dpi. I know it is so hard to pick between all the cute pictures of your child; however, the more pictures you include, the smaller they will be in your ad.  The recommended number of pictures is listed on the order form.  You can mail or submit your ad order forms to the TCMS office. You may also send them with your student to turn in to Mrs. E. Holton, art room. If you are a business that wishes to purchase an ad, but cannot get it to the school, contact Mrs. E. Holton at TCMS and she will make arrangements for it to be picked up at your location.

Please print on all ad forms.  Also, on the form make sure you check whether the ad you are purchasing is a “personal” or “business” ad.  I provided a space for you to draw your ad.  You may indicate where you want certain pictures, where you want the message, where you want the ad to be placed etc.  I, along with the yearbook staff, will do everything possible to make sure your ad is exactly they way you want it.
