VALEDICTORIAN AND SALUTATORIAN:

The valedictorian will be the student who has attended Thomas County Central High School for at least his/her last two years of high school and has the highest numerical average during the time enrolled at TCCHS as well as the highest average of high school courses (including high school courses taken in middle school). All grades must have been earned from a regionally accredited school. The same criteria apply for the selection of the salutatorian. The salutatorian is the student who is ranked second in the class. Post-secondary, Honors and Advanced Placement classes will be weighted.
