Schedule Request Change Form

This form must be submitted for a schedule change request to be considered and must contain an electronic parent signature. Requests will not be accepted over the phone.

Not all requested schedule changes can be made. A counselor will notify you if your request cannot be honored. Schedules will be issued Thursday, August 1 at Open House and again on Monday, August 5 during your first period class. Your current schedule should be followed until you are notified that your requested change has been made.

Please note that often the request to change one class may result in multiple, or all classes being changed. Classes will not be moved in order to change lunch periods.
