**To complete this application, students must upload a copy of their drivers license, car tag and current proof of insurance to their Google drive.**

Before purchasing a parking permit, student's should:

1.Complete the online form

2. Upload a copy of your drivers license, car tag and current proof of insurance (out of date insurance cards will NOT be accepted.)

3. Verify that the student and a parent has read and agrees to the expectations presented on the form.

4. When sale dates have been established, students will report to the bookkeeper's office with $25 and their drivers license to complete the purchase.
