Hello, I am Louise Phillips.  Welcome to an amazing year at Bishop Hall Charter School.  I am committed to student success inside of the classroom and in life.  I want to inform, inspire, ignite and uplift all students.  I'm so proud to be teaching in the Thomas County system.  I have over 38 years of teaching experience.  I received my B.S. in Mathematics from Mercer University and my M. Ed. and Ed. S. in Secondary Education from Valdosta State University.  When I a not teaching at BHCS, I enjoy time with my family, reading, and Netflix.
