Mrs. Love’s grant project will help get students excited about writing again! By being able to use reusable writing tablets in the classroom and on the go, such as the Boogie Board, students will be working on practicing writing skills, as well as fine and gross motor skills all while having fun. Not only can these be used in writing and reading, but in all academic areas! 

Miss Taylor’s grant will allow her students to experience a year-round mobile mini-garden. This project was created using borrowed items. Because of the enthusiasm students showed this year, she wants to make this a permanent element to the classroom dynamic. Miss Taylor adds, “We plan to grow flowers, plants, fruits, and vegetables students can take home and share with family and possibly establish their own gardens at home. We will even have a small mini greenhouse that fits on our mobile garden cart to use during the cooler months.”
