Hello and welcome to my webpage! My name is Elizabeth Treat, I will be teaching Reading, Language, and Writing. I am so excited to get this year started. My partner teacher is Courtney Holland and she will be teaching Math, Science and Social Studies. We have alot of fun activities planned and are ready to have a fantastic year.

About me:

I am native to Thomasville and a high school graduate of Thomas County Central High School… GO JACKETS!!! I am a graduate of Thomas University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. I am so excited to begin my 5th year teaching at Cross Creek. I have fond memories of walking the halls as a student myself. I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with my family. I have three children: Ellie who is 13, Cooper who is 10, and Liam who is 7. We are always looking for fun and adventure where ever we go. We like to frequent local restaurants and take long walks downtown on the weekends.

In my classroom I like to have active and engaging lessons, followed by student led group discussions. I cannot wait to see your child’s success throughout the school year. I look forward to getting to know each of my students and their parents.
