Educational background: I am a 1979 graduate of Columbiana High School in Ohio. I attended college at Harding University in Arkansas where I received a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. In December of 2005, I received a Master's degree in Leadership and Administration. In May of 2007, I received my Education Specialist in Leadership and Administration.

Teaching career: I have taught Kindergarten-7th grade at six different school systems in Georgia. I retired in 2014 with 31 years experience. I am currently at Garrison-Pilcher for 49% teaching reading interventions since 2018.
