Welcome to first grade! My name is Cyndi Tarin, and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach your child this year. This is my 8th year teaching with 7 of those years being in first grade. I graduated college from Thomas University with a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education. I have two precious children and three dogs. My oldest will be in eighth grade and my youngest will be in seventh grade.

I am looking forward to providing many exciting learning opportunities for your child. 1st grade is going to be an awesome year! We will be working on letter sounds, reading fluency, parts of speech, writing, science/social studies, addition/subtraction, and many other interesting skills.
