Welcome to the 2022-23 school year!  I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and am a graduate of The University of Georgia with a bachelor's and a master's degree in Social Sciences Education.  My EdS degree is from Valdosta State in Secondary Education and Educational Leadership.  Prior to becoming a Thomas County Central Yellow Jacket, I spent many years working at both Cairo High School and Thomasville High School.  

I was an AP Teacher for over 20 years, and spent summers scoring exams for the College Board and ETS for 15 years.  I believe strongly in the benefits of Advanced Placement classes for students who desire to take the most rigorous classes our school offers.  My goal as Advanced Placement Coordinator is to provide support to help your student achieve success.  

I am proud to be a Navy mom.  I love to watch football and soccer and also enjoy coaching Cross Country for TCCHS.  I have 3 cats and 4 dogs.
