Welcome to first grade! My name is Suzanne Barrett, and I am excited to have the opportunity to teach your child this year. This is my 15th year teaching and my 13th year teaching first grade at Garrison-Pilcher. I graduated from the Thomas County School System. I am married with three children. My twins are in 12th grade and my oldest attends Shorter University.

I am looking forward to providing many exciting learning opportunities for your child. 1st grade will be a blast. We will be working on letter sounds, reading fluency, parts of speech, science/social studies, addition/subtraction, and many other interesting skills. Please contact me if you have any questions. :)
