William Majors is a native of Thomasville and a graduate of Thomas County Central High School.  He holds the Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida State University, Bachelor of Music degree from Valdosta State University and the Master of Music Education degree from Valdosta State University.  Mr. Majors has been teaching for twenty-three years and is now in his nineteenth year with the Thomas County School System.  He currently serves as band division chair for the Georgia Music Educators Association, District Two.   William is the proud father of daughters Gatlyn Majors, age 17,  and Lauren Majors, age 13.
