Welcome to an exciting year of 7th grade! This is my fifteenth year teaching in Special Education, with experiences ranging from Deaf Education, foreign language education, inclusion in Science and Social Studies, and resource in English/Language Arts and Social Studies.I received my undergraduate degree, Master's degree, and Specialist degree from Valdosta State University.I am a former graduate of the Thomas County School System. Go Jackets!!! My husband is the automotive teacher at Thomas County High School, and we have three children. Our children attend Thomas County Middle, Cross Creek, and Garrison Pilcher. My focus this year will be on helping your child improve in their reading skills, whether it be decoding words or reading comprehension.
