Your child’s Reading Log (R.E.D Folder) is a valuable key to their success. All quiz scores will be recorded in the reading log. The reading log has a column for parents and teachers to initial each time a child takes a quiz. The reading log will give you a daily idea how your child is progressing. Your signature will let me know the book has been read at home, he or she is ready to test. If I do not see a signature in the AR Log, your child can not test.  

A.R. is apart of your child's nightly homework, so your child can test everyday. Please keep in mind, I require at least 3 A.R. tests a week!

I will also send home a print out of your child's test records if he or she has not tested enough during that week in your child's green Thursday folder. Please sign and send back to me on Friday so I know that you are aware.
