*Revised Track & Field Tryout Procedures* 

Season Starts January:

Girls' Track & Field Tryouts: January 23rd & 24th

Boys' Track & Field Tryouts: January 25th & 26th

***Mandatory:  Discipline (Good Behavior & Grades)***

*2 Fs for the Semester=Ineligible to participate for the 2023 Track Season.

*Behavior evaluation is based upon discipline record and administration.

*Only 6th-8th graders are allowed to try-out.

***Mandatory:  Completed Physicals & Track Tryout Procedures are due to Coach Russell (7th Grade Hallway) before participation.***

Tryout rubric:  Pacer Test (50 and higher), 1 Mile Run (Boys 7 min. & Girls 8 min.), 100-400 meters, & shot put/discus.
