NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY: In the fall, those juniors and seniors who have at least a 90 cumulative numeric grade average and a clear disciplinary record will be given an application to fill out and return by an announced deadline. Applications turned in late may be rejected by the faculty council. The application must include proper signatures to document school and community activities. The faculty council will consider each complete application and select NHS members. Students must take a minimum of 1 HOPE rigor course. Only those students who maintain an active membership will be given gold tassels to wear at graduation.
