Hey there! I am Ms. Katie Rohde, and I teach 9th grade Literature and Composition and 11th grade American Literature. This is my 4th year teaching and my first year at Thomas County Central High School, so I am very excited for this school year! I moved from Gwinnett County, GA where I taught ELA at North Gwinnett High School for 3 years (that is also where I graduated from!). I attended Georgia College and State University where I earned a Bachelors of Science in Middle Grades Education. Best 4 years EVER! Teaching has and always will be my passion, but my favorite part about it is the students! Their success both in and out of the classroom are my #1 priority. I am ready for a great year with them. Go Jackets!
