Parent Portal gives parents and guardians of students in Thomas County Schools access to attendance records, class schedules, and grades.  Additionally, Parent Portal enables parents to verify household information including email address, home address, and telephone numbers.

Registering for Parent Portal

Information you will need before Parent Portal registration:

• Your child's student (lunch) number
• The last 4 digits of your child's SSN
• Your child's birthdate

1. Enter this information for your student on the Parent Portal Activation Page.

2. You will receive an activation key.  Write this code down as it will not allow you to copy and paste it.

3. Enter the activation key (including dashes) on the next screen.  Click submit.

4. On the final page, you will create your username and password.  Your password will have to meet the 100% strength requirement.  Once the username and password have been accepted, your Parent Portal account has been successfully created.

Updating Your Information in Infinite Campus

If you need to update a mailing address, email address, or phone number in Infinite Campus, first log in to your Parent Portal account.  Follow the steps above to register for Parent Portal if you have never set up your account.

To update your phone number or mailing address:

1. Click "More" on the left menu in Parent Portal

2. Click "Address Information"

3. Click "Update" next to your phone number or mailing address to update this information

4. Once you have updated the information, you will need to click the blue "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.

To update your email address:

1. Click "More" on the left menu in Parent Portal

2. Click "Family Information"

3. Click "Update" next to your email address.

4. Enter the correct email address and click the blue "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
Please note: Any updates or changes entered in Parent Portal require verification from Thomas County Schools.  Changes may not be reflected immediately.
