Description:

Leadership, Education, and Training (LET) 4 is the final course in the 4-course series. Cadets must successfully complete LET 1, 2, and 3 prior to enrolling in LET 4. All first time Cadets must complete each course sequentially.

This course provides Cadets multiple opportunities to manage and lead in the battalion, in the school, and their respective communities. As a senior leader, Cadets are ready to assume responsibilities and manage him or herself and others whom they work with or oversee as a Cadet manager. The course name for LET 4 is The Managing Leader. Focus areas include Motivation Strategies through Team Building, Management of Service Learning projects, Health and Physical Fitness planning, and Citizenship and Government.

All Cadets will participate in weekly physical fitness that incorporates the standard Army PT program as well as unique and challenging team building events.

Cadets are expected to demonstrate loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honesty, integrity, and personal courage
