The sixth-grade MERIT Victor Company recently spent the morning helping students at Hand-In-Hand Primary School. Sixth-grade students worked with Pre-K and Kindergarten students in small groups with reading and vocabulary, and spent time with students playing at recess. The Victor students then volunteered with Hands on Thomas County at five different locations: Second Harvest Food Bank, the Humane Society, Scott Senior Center, the Butterfly Garden, and collecting trash at Paradise Park. It was a wonderful day spent in serving others.
