Students in the MERIT program were nominated for a HOTC Hands On Heroes Award and invited to a Cheers for Volunteers reception.  While the program was nominated, students accepting the certificate have gone beyond the 20 hours required by the MERIT program.  More information here – www.handsonthomascounty.org
