Hand-In-Hand's PE coach, Hanah Taylor, was awarded Georgia's Shape Grant.  Georgia's Shape Grant is a nutrition and physical education grant.  Coach Hanah was awarded $5,000 for this grant.  For the nutrition portion of the grant, the plan is to supply local produce for staff lunches in an effort to improve health and wellness for our staff.  The remaining portion of the grant will be used to support the replacement of any equipment used by our students in Coach Hanah's PE classes.

Hand-In-Hand’s PE Coach, Hanah Taylor, was also awarded the Georgia Physical Education Project Rural Grant. (PEPR) Coach Hanah was awarded $5,000 for this grant. The money allowed the purchase of new basketball and soccer equipment.
