The purpose of the Thomas County Program for the Gifted is to identify students who exhibit characteristics of general intellectual ability and to meet their special learning needs through a differentiated curriculum. The Thomas County Program for the Gifted provides opportunities for the student to meet society’s present and future challenges creatively and encourage a desire to excel and realize maximum potential.
