Description:

Leadership, Education, and Training (LET) 3 is the third course in the 4-course series. Cadets must successfully complete LET 1 and 2 prior to enrolling in LET 3. All first time Cadets must complete each course sequentially.

This course builds upon the mastery of LET 1 and 2 knowledge and skills, providing Cadets with the challenging opportunities to serve as senior leaders and staff officers in the battalion. As a senior leader, Cadets are responsible for overseeing planning, project implementation, and team personnel. The course name for LET 3 is The Supervising Leader. Focus areas include Command and Staff roles, personal planning and management, Team Building, Decision Making, Health and Fitness, Service Learning project development and execution, and Citizenship and Government.

All Cadets will participate in weekly physical fitness that incorporates the standard Army PT program as well as unique and challenging team building events.

Cadets are expected to demonstrate loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honesty, integrity, and personal courage
