Kendrick Duncan from Thomas University Pre-College Program (Trio) speaks to 7th grade Delta, MERIT, students about college. This program is a federally funded program designed to provide academic, cultural, and social enrichment activities to middle and high school students. The goal is to prepare students before they go to college. The workshops provide test-taking/study skills, choices, time management, communication/listening skills, and critical thinking skills. This program follows students through middle and high school (as well as college). Mrs. Retha Lee is super excited to once again work with Kendrick Duncan.
