Thomas County Schools is committed to developing a comprehensive health and wellness program for our district.  The hope and challenge is to implement a whole-body approach to wellness that will impact our students, our staff, and will spill over into our community at large.  



The Harvest of the Month for May is blueberries. This fruit is packed full of vitamin C, fiber, and iron.
