7th Grade MERIT Duke Tip Students

DUKE Tip

7th grade MERIT Duke Tip students recently worked on problem solving and teamwork skills during an after-school activity. Students were challenged to think outside of the box and come up with creative ways to overcome obstacles and solve problems.

Seventh grade MERIT teachers, Tonya Frare and Retha Lee, are sponsors for the Duke Tip program which meets each Wednesday after school to research college information including searching for specific majors and tuition costs, completing practice tests for the ACT and SAT, and working on problem-solving and teamwork skills.
