January Character Education Students

Character education

Character Education students from Thomas County Middle School were treated to lunch today at Dairy Queen along with Mrs. Lisa Gilligan, Parent Involvement Coordinator, and Mr. Kevin Keve, 5th and 6th-grade Guidance Counselor. Students chosen for the month of January were chosen for being 'Determined' students. Students are unwilling to let anything prevent the best possible outcome and they approach tasks with a diligent attitude. One student who received this honor, Lucy Clark, said, "I wanted to have a good grade in math, and I never gave up. I worked hard and eventually I got the grade I wanted."
