Students from Kathy Payne and Kamie Thompson's classes recently visited the fire station to learn more about fire safety and prepare for the upcoming 9-11 Memorial Stair Climb being held at the Thomas County Jackets' Nest. These students will climb alongside first responders to honor and remember the firefighters, police, and EMS who selflessly gave their lives so that others might live on 9-11-2001.
