TCMS FFA is excited to begin the new school year! Some activities may look a little different, but FFA is still dedicated to developing “premier leadership, personal growth, and career success” for all students. Starting last year, FFA membership was included for every student enrolled in an agriculture class. That will continue this year for all agriculture students (traditional and virtual). If you are interested in joining the FFA but are not enrolled in agriculture this school year, please contact Ms. Davis.

Applications are now open for any 6th-8th grade student (traditional or virtual) interested in serving on the FFA officer team. This group of students is responsible for planning and executing the activities of the chapter, including meetings, fundraisers, and community service projects. Please fill out the Google Form by September 4th if interested.

FFA will continue to have Career Development Events (CDEs) this school year, and all fall semester events will be held virtually. Those fall CDEs will include: Creed Speaking, FFA Quiz, Prepared Public Speaking, Veterinary Science, Wildlife Management, Floriculture, Meat Evaluation, and Nursery Landscape.
