On Saturday, December 4, 2021, approximately 200 band students from fourteen middle schools around South Georgia auditioned for the GMEA District 2 Honor Band. Of the ninety students selected to comprise the 2022 Middle School Honor Band roster, fifty of those students were from Thomas County Middle School.

These students will travel to ABAC in Tifton on February 11, 2022, to participate in the GMEA District 2 Honor Band Clinic. Congratulations to all of these students!
