Ben Huntzinger, sixth-grade science teacher, recently received the Georgia STEM Scholar Award from GYSTC. Huntzinger challenged students in his class to create a custom orthotic.  To take the challenge one step further and make the activity fun and engaging for the students, he challenged students to create an orthotic for disabled animals. Under Huntzinger's guidance, students in his class were able to create a prototype of a dog wheelchair.
