Eighth-grade Charlie Company students recently enjoyed a great field trip to the Okefenokee Swamp! The students enjoyed a boat ride as well as a train ride through the swamp. The students have been learning about the Okefenokee Swamp in Mrs. Cloud's Georgia History class.

The Okefenokee Swamp is located in the same region that we live in, the Coastal Plain region. The Okefenokee Swamp is the largest freshwater swamp in North America, and students truly enjoyed their visit!
