Mrs. Michele Dechman, Cross Creek's coding instructor, was the recipient of a grant that she applied for from the Community Public Education Fund Grants.  With the grant money, the coding class will be able to purchase three Xylophone kits for the Dash robots currently used, two Osmo Genius kits, and two Osmo Coding kits for hands on coding activities.  A purchase of a set of Melissa and Doug Cardboard blocks for designing a maze/obstacle for the Dash to be coded to move through will also be made.
