Cross Creek Elementary School is the newest recipient of a $2,000 Envision grant that will allow the school to further develop its outdoor classroom. Plans are to build a gazebo, add picnic tables, a podium and a weather station. Teachers and students will have an opportunity to engage in lessons across the curriculum and conduct experiments in an outdoor environment.
